Recommended Exam Prerequisites

AWS recommended below mentioned basic criteria to be able to take AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner Certification exam:

v  Minimum 6 months experience with AWS cloud concepts in any role.

v  Understanding of IT services and their application in AWS Cloud platform.

Question Type

There are two types of questions on the examination:

v  Multiple choice:  Has one correct response and three incorrect responses (distractors).

v  Multiple response: Has two or more correct responses out of five or more options.

Exam Duration

v  Exam is 90 minutes

Exam Fee

v  USD 100 + Applicable Taxes

Passing Marks

v  AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner examination is a pass or fail exam.

v  Results for the examination are reported as a score from 100–1000 with a minimum passing score of 700.

v  Score report contains classifications of your performance at each section level.

v  You do not need to “pass” the individual sections.
